How To - Catalogues


The below steps document how to maintain and manage Supplier catalogues. If you are using Aztec to manage your catalogues, Zonal can install and maintain ZBS Product Catalogue Importer. This uploads Aztec catalogues into Acquire and can be configured to update Acquire with all changes made in Aztec.


  1. .To upload a Catalogue, select Admin Functions, followed by Catalogues, and select the required Supplier and appropriate Outlet group.

  2. Enter a Catalogue Name,

  3. Select Browse in Catalogue File and navigate to the required Catalogue, then select Upload Catalogue.


  4. You can also view existing supplier catalogues by double clicking on them.


    Supplier Catalogues can be maintained by Head office and supplier manager if Supplier Catalogues has been enabled for the company.



  5. To filter the list of Catalogues, select Show/Hide Filters and define the toggle settings to display or hide the different suppliers.
